What kind of paint do you use and why?

For interior walls and ceilings, we typically use water-based paints, which offer quicker drying times and easier application. How many coats of paint are included in the quote?
Our quotes typically include two coats of paint. Additional coats beyond the standard two can be applied as necessary to achieve proper coverage and the desired finish. What types of environmentally friendly options do you offer?

Despite the name, paint and primer all-in-one products don't actually contain primer. These are simply thicker paints formulated to provide better coverage with fewer coats.Would you need to prime an area before painting it with another coat of latex paint?
In most cases, priming isn't necessary when repainting an already painted surface. However, at JG Painting, we ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before applying a new coat of paint to ensure optimal adhesion and finish, and when primer is needed, we can assure the proper primer for the surface we are painting.
